For those of you who don't buy into the plumping craze (see last post), here's a neat little visual trick for fatter looking lips:

Slick on a coat of Nars Lip Gloss in Boogie Nights (a dark, shiny metallic raspberry that goes on sheerer than it looks in the tube).

Dot a little bit of Chanel Glossimer in Pin-Up (sheer, sparkly peach-champagne) in the center of your lower lip, and press lips together.

This looks pretty for nighttime and the lighter, shimmery color in the center gives the illusion of a fuller pout. Of course you can use other color combinations, but this is definitely my favorite.
