Phoebe Price has just launched a signature fragrance by the super-classy name of "Phoebe's Phantasy." The fragrance is being produced by Lotion Glow, the company for which Phoebe is the spokesmodel.

I've never heard of Lotion Glow, and I have no idea who Phoebe is, either. Apparently she's an actress, but I've only ever seen her posing on red carpets in rather frightening outfits.

Let's just hope she doesn't launch some kind of cheek plumping product next!
