I'm back from Frankfurt! And believe it or not, I've already resolved the mess with the T3. I took it to Sephora and they exchanged it for me right there. Two of the salespeople commented that it sounded just like a scene out of the movie "Just Married." Thanks so much to Jenn at Sephora Roosevelt Field!

In other news, the trip was wonderful - we did a lot of great work, met great people, and took great advantage of the food and wine. However, next time, when I head to Munich in April, I think I will purchase a cheapie flat iron in Europe, so I can have that one just for traveling. I am not going through this business with the T3 again.
