I spotted him amid the hundreds of revelers in the tents at the Heatherette show (which always draws the beautiful, the weird, and the just plain crazy, in equal amounts, like moths to a flame).

This is by far the most stunning eye makeup I've seen at Fashion Week so far. The lashes were so perfectly applied, they would make Shu Uemura - great false lash-man that he is - weep.

The shadows ranged from white to silver to pale aqua shimmer to black - or at least they appeared to; they're so well blended that they could be one color or ten.
