Well, it's been nearly a week, and that's usually when I start getting all sorts of comments and emails along the lines of "UR NEGLECTING UR WEBISTE, U HORRID UNPROFESSIONAL TOAD," so I figured I'd give you a bit of an update.

I have spent the past week in the hospital with an undiagnosed ailment. It seems all the self-tanners from Fake Bake Month began to build up in my system, resulting in a persistent orange cast that was visible even in the dark. Everything had gone orange, even the whites of my eyes. It baffled the doctors.

Ahhh, I kid, I kid.

But seriously, I was a little overloaded on tanners - buying them, testing them, writing about them, scrubbing them off - that I needed a little break. On top of that, I spent a bit of time reorganizing my beauty stash, which entailed several trips to Target and Bed Bath & Beyond, and extensive alphabetizing. (Just kidding on that last part.)

So here's the latest. While I was feeling all tannered-out last week, it seems there are still quite a few worthy entries for Fake Bake Month - including Dove, Jergens, Shiseido, and Famous Dave's - so it will continue. I also owe you a post on Self Tanning Essentials, and the end ranking of all the tanners together. So we'll still be "glowing" this June.
