Elle UK's cover girl for April is...Kate Hudson? For reals?

There's this thing about Kate, some of her covers are absolutely amazing and just make you want to be her, and some of them...just don't even look like her.

This one falls into the latter category. I remember Kate's Allure cover in 2006, which was quite similar in that she was barely recognizable. One of my friends took a quick glance at it and thought it was Nicole Richie!

And there's something else. Look at the placement of her left hand. Not to be crude, but doesn't it look like she's, um, gotta go?
