Ah, the perils of living in NYC. Today I was driving on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway when the cops decided to shut it down so that a few hundred Harley riders could come through. Left to my own devices, I put the car in park and started rummaging around to see if I could find anything with which to amuse myself. Two things:

1. Tweezerman Slant Tweezers. Everyone should have these! I cleaned up the brows using the rearview mirror.

2. Smashbox Lip Gloss in Image. It looks kind of bland in the tube, but on lips it's a sheer mauvy-pink that looked great with my (fake) tan. It also doesn't have that "paint" smell that so many glosses have. This particular shade is a little hard to find, but you can get it at Smashbox.com.
