OK, so maybe Patrick McDonald isn't a celebrity on par with some of my past victims like Britney and Paris. But, when I saw this picture I just couldn't resist. Turns out this is Patrick's everyday look. He is a New York scenester and fashionisto who turns up at all sorts of hoity-toity parties and ALWAYS gets his picture taken. I bet you'd take his picture, too, if you were a photographer! The phenomenal height of his arched brow is something Joan Crawford could only dream about.
