I haven't seen Mary Kate's hair look this good in ages! Love the golden locks, awesome brows, and tanned skin (achieve it at home with Famous Dave's...the tanner, not the BBQ sauce).

Now let's dish a bit on the makeup.

We started seeing a renewed emphasis on the lower lashline at Fall Fashion Week last February, and the trend continues here. I love how the black liner combines with the dark rims of Mary Kate's irises to make her eyes really pop.

However, it seems like many women find this look difficult to execute for fear of too-dark raccoon eyes or eye makeup "migration." The trick that works for me is to stay close to the lashline, blend very well, and apply a bit of eyeshadow primer underneath to ensure that the makeup really "grabs."

My all-time favorite in this category is Urban Decay Primer Potion. I've talked about it many times on the blog and everyone who writes in swears it's a miracle product. It is!
